The U.S. surgeons who participated in the pivotal study of the ISA were: Dennis Crawford (Oregon Health and Sciences University), David Diduch (University of Virginia), David Flanigan (Ohio State University), Andreas Gomoll (Hospital for Special Surgery), Anil Ranawat (Hospital for Special Surgery), and Seth Sherman (Stanford University). Dr. Sherman was an investigator in the study during his tenure at the University of Missouri.
